In this class we will cover how to design and create a Mother’s Day themed cupcake bouquet, how to use your frosting bag and tips to create piped Hydrangea flowers and leaves with buttercream, and how to make & color frosting using gel coloring. You’ll also come away with beautiful Mother’s Day cupcake bouquet(1 dozen cupcakes), as well as decorating tools and accessories so you can recreate your masterpiece at home.
If you’ve followed us for any amount of time, you’ve heard me say many times I owe a large part of my success to my Mother, and my Grandmother. My Mother, a serial entrepreneur and role model. And my Grandmother, a professional grandmother and master cake maker/recipe curator. I can say with absolute certainty, without the influences of these two wonderful women I would not be where I am today – which is usually covered in flour, while baking and frosting cupcakes, running a business and trying to be a Mother myself.

In each class students will learn professional cake construction and/or decorating techniques, take home a new baking or decorating accessory AND their delicious Sweet Carolina creation.
Classes run 1 1/2 – 2 hours .
One cake/dozen cupcakes per student.
13 and under must be accompanied by an adult (at no additional charge).
Class size is limited to 10 students per session.
